Construction Accidents

<img decoding=

RAPID RESPONSE/CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENTS

The injury rates of construction workers are 71% higher than any other industry average. Annually, the cost of all construction accidents and site injuries is more than $11.5 billion. Insurance helps an injured worker retain his salary while recovering. Unfortunately, some people will file false claims. That way, they can take unearned, paid time off. These false claims lead to insurance cost increases that affect everyone. At Investigative Solutions LLC, it is our job to investigate any suspicious claims in order to mitigate the liability of the employer through research and surveillance.

Investigative Solutions LLC ‘s specialty is surveillance. Our firm is proficient with different state-of-the-art still and video surveillance equipment.  We have hidden camera capabilities, covert vehicles, and undercover operatives that can assist in any case.

What to look for when a company suspects fraud:

  • Monday morning injuries – An injury is reported early on a Monday, or after the employee has had time off. This could be a cover for an injury that happened in the days prior.
  • No witnesses – No other witnesses can corroborate the claimant’s story. In this case, it could be falsified.
  • Contradictory descriptions – The claimant changes the story of the accident. In this situation, there is reason to believe they are not being truthful.
